convenient location helpful front desk water temperature motion sensor
the location is convenient. it is near many spots to eat and public transportation is easily accessible. the housekeeping was quick and friendly! the front desk was also helpful, which i appreciated.
The water temperature fluctuates quickly. It gets very hot! burning your hands is a risk when washing them. the bathroom fan and lights are on a motion sensor, problematic. if you are still for 5 seconds, it goes dark.

The location was a major highlight. I easily accessed multiple subway lines for travel around town (very useful). The room was a good size and well-kept. The staff was cute and check-in was efficient. The water was very hot quickly.

solid downtown stay
helpful staff club room careful luggage
The front desk staff was very helpful with directions. i found the club room awesome, especially because of the beverages and snacks available there. juan handled our luggage very carefully. I felt comfortable with him doing it.
The thermostat in my room wasn't working when i arrived. maintenance did come and fix it quickly. it was an inconvenience upon arrival. it would have been more convenient if it worked immediately.

the room included a comfortable king bed, and ample storage space for my belongings. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and plenty of towels available. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature.

A Nice Urban Stay
clean room early access spacious room cute staff
Ana was cute. The room was very clean , and I appreciated that. I also secured early access to the lounge. The room offered plenty of space , accommodating four people and many bags.
The water got hot very quickly , and I almost burned myself washing my hands.

The hotel does not have a closed restaurant , even though the website says it has two. The restaurant is currently closed , however , I was not offered any compensation for this inconvenience.

The hotel provides multiple spots to eat. Lots of public transportation is available near the building. Three elevators are on site , but only two were operating .

The location is amazing , with much to offer in the area. The hotel is right in the heart of SoHo , with great spots in walking distance. Canal Street is nearby with various shopping options.

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty windows high price
my experience was not the best. the room i had definitely showed its age. the windows were not clean so it was hard to see outside (a bit disappointing). i also felt the price was too high for what the hotel offered. i did not like this.
